I fell in love with the American South West. Our trip took us from visiting family in Bakersfield, CA to Death Valley, Zion National Park, UT and the south rim of the Grand Canyon, AZ. 
I still have difficulty try to comprehend the size of Death Valley. No photo can describe it sheer size. The day before we flew back, we visited Lake Saguara in the Tonto National Forest. It is a beautiful lake in a very harsh landscape.

The spirals, curves and circles found in the floral kingdom goes unnoticed. It is either hidden, too small or the viewer only sees the “bigger” picture. My aim is to make the viewer aware that there is so much more to see –  only if you care to look.
